What We Do
PORT supplies and trains interdisciplinary healthcare teams on execution of turnkey corporate wellness interventions designed to engage high cost/risk populations, in order to help drive down the employer healthcare and workers comp cost. Most importantly, we focus on human engagement first and foremost in our model. We connect with your employees directly to find out what they want vs. building a program based upon what the health risk data might tell us they need. We then power our local team of providers that are trained, credentialed and supported with our company's infrastructure to implement the agreed upon programming.
